This policy explains how the Pyramus Studios website handles information, including information submitted through the staff application portal. The Terms of Service govern use of the site.
Information we collect
Pyramus Studios limits collection to information needed to operate this website and its application portal. When you sign in, we receive Roblox and Discord account identifiers, usernames, display names, avatars, account creation dates, profile links, and Pyramus group or server membership status. We store a session identifier in a secure cookie; OAuth access tokens are used to complete sign-in and are not stored.
If you apply, we collect your answers, selected role, application status, proof links, and uploaded work images. Submitted applications and their review notifications may be delivered to the staff channel in Discord. Application pages and new uploaded files require a linked account with rank 251 or higher in Roblox group 16341127.
The hosting provider or security services may process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error details. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and reliable delivery of the website.
Cookies and similar storage
This website may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage only for necessary login, authentication, security, session management, and remembering that you dismissed the privacy notice. We do not use advertising cookies or non-essential tracking cookies.
The notice choice is stored in your browser and expires after approximately six months. Login sessions expire after 24 hours.
How information is used
Information is used to provide website access, keep users signed in, protect accounts, prevent abuse, maintain the website, fix technical issues, and comply with legal or security obligations.
How information is shared
Pyramus Studios does not sell personal information or share it for advertising, marketing, data-broker, or unrelated third-party purposes. Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, authenticate, or operate the website. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or when necessary to protect the website, users, or the public from abuse, fraud, or security threats.
Retention
Login sessions expire after 24 hours. Session identifiers and OAuth states are stored as one-way digests. Short-lived abuse-prevention counters retain only a one-way subject digest, request count, scope, and window timestamp, and are normally removed within two days. Draft and submitted applications expire after 30 days: drafts from creation and submitted applications from submission. Daily cleanup deletes expired records and private uploaded files. Staff review edits do not extend retention. Linked Discord account details are retained so the portal can recognize the account on a future Roblox login. Technical logs are retained by our providers only as long as needed for security and operations. The privacy notice choice expires after approximately six months.
Your choices
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time. Clearing them may sign you out or cause the privacy notice to appear again. To ask about or request deletion of linked account information, contact the team through the Pyramus Studios Discord server.

Pyramus Studios creates Roblox-related content, and Roblox has users of many ages. This website is intended to collect only the information necessary for site access, login, security, and operation. Users should follow Roblox account rules and any applicable parent or guardian requirements.
